Message Template
Examples
Your patients
could be getting messages like these
Sample
Messages These are
some samples that show the basic
templates - a few e-mails, a postcard and
an SMS (text message). There are some
descriptions on each of them to give you
an idea of how they're used. There are
many more messages than these in the
actual system!
Wake
Orthodontic and Pediatric Dentistry
These bright, fun templates were created
to mimic the look and feel of the
practice's website, www.wakeorthopedo.com.
Michael
Aiello, DDS Dr.
Aiello's logo has a very
"classic" look, which we've
duplicated in his templates.
Dental
Care of Stamford
Another example of a classic look, which
has also been used by SmartPractice to
create a custom postcard for the office.
(After you click on this link, scroll
down a bit to see the postcard.)
North
Gwinnett Dental Care
These are the actual templates used by
the office of Dr. Bridgett Jorgensen and
Dr. Kris Jorgensen. (Bridgett is the wife
of Allen Jorgensen, one of the principals
of Lighthouse.) They have incorporated
their logo in all the e-mails and
postcards, and have standardized on a
color scheme. Allen modifies their
templates often to keep them fresh -
sometimes they have an embedded video,
sometimes a promotion for Invisalign,
sometimes a link to a map to their
practice. (These are all things that YOU
can use, too.)
Myers
Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics
This shows a combination of stock and
custom images in the e-mails,
incorporating the practice's logo and the
color scheme from their website, www.tooth2tooth.com,
and standard "kid themed"
postcard images from SmartPractice.
Ronald
Green DDS Another
example of an e-mail template designed to
match the practice's website, www.DrGreensOffice.com.
The
Smile Studio Drs.
Bill Domb and Majgen Mager liked the
"dancing dolphins" card from
SmartPractice, and we simply incorporated
the same image into their e-mails. Their
messages are fun, with a consistent look
and feel.
