Allen Jorgensen

As the original creators of PracticeWorks, one of the nations most popular practice management systems, Brian Smith and Joel Kozikowski had a vision of a system that would truly automate administrative and clinical processes. They are joined by Allen Jorgensen, one of the earliest adopters of PracticeWorks. Allen applied his 15-year background in business processes and administration to every aspect of his wife's dental practice. Ultimately, the Jorgensens have built an almost completely automated, incredibly efficient, low stress, highly profitable, seven-figure general dental practice.

Over the years, the Lighthouse group has worked with hundreds of dental practices and seen the same problems in most of them. Overall, these practices work too hard and spend too much money for too little return. With that in mind, Lighthouse Practice Management Group created Lighthouse PLZ to help dentists maintain a full schedule, eliminate inefficient tasks, and maximize returns while minimizing technology costs.
